Hi, I’m Anna, and it’s an absolute pleasure to connect with you in this digital space.
I firmly believe we are our own greatest teachers—no one knows us better than we do. But life can get noisy. Overwhelm, confusion, and constant stress can cloud our inner voice. Add to that the endless scroll of misinformation and conflicting advice, and it's no wonder so many of us feel lost. Life has become more complicated—and more demanding—than ever before.
I’ve always been an overachiever—driven, ambitious, and full of passion. By 19, I was juggling three jobs, full-time university study (a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine), and an active social life. From the outside, I appeared upbeat and endlessly enthusiastic. But internally, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a relentless cycle of stress and anxiety. I was constantly overthinking, running on empty, and silently battling a deep sense of depletion.
At the time, I didn’t realise I was overcommitting and neglecting rest and self-care—two things I now hold as non-negotiable priorities. That chapter shaped my understanding of burnout and the importance of slowing down to truly listen to your body.
When I began integrating nutrition into my life I noticed a massive difference in mood, energy and sleep. I began looking at what else could support me and turned to meditation. My GP was the one who introduced me to a breathing meditation that I still do to this day.
Meditation led me to Reiki—a Japanese healing technique that deeply supported my nervous system and expanded my understanding of mind-body medicine. From there, I immersed myself in everything I could: books on health and wellness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, Qi Gong, crystals, herbs—you name it. My self-discovery journey started young, and I now see that my persistence and unwavering trust in myself have been my greatest strengths.
Over time, I became more organised, set clearer boundaries in both my personal and professional life, and prioritised my wellbeing. As a result, my stress levels dropped, anxiety eased, and the panic attacks stopped altogether. I came to understand that my anxiety was rooted in stress—and now, I honour my limits with clarity and compassion.
As a Practitioner, I’ve always understood that what works for one person may not work for another. With this philosophy at the heart of my work, I opened my private practice in Coburg, Victoria, within a multi-modality clinic. There (and still do), I supported women navigating a range of challenges including building emotional and stress resilience, anxiety, gut issues, skin conditions, obesity, and hormonal imbalances related to Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Perimenopause and Menopausal symptoms.
I knew that every woman was unique—and I offered personalised care to reflect that, always adapting my advice to meet each client exactly where they were.
Through my personal experiences, clinical practice, and university research, I realised that stress is a leading contributor to modern health issues. My passion naturally gravitated towards helping those facing stress-related challenges because I understood first-hand how debilitating it could be.
I am a busy woman who runs two businesses and an equally busy social life. Busy isn’t the issue, because I absolutely LOVE what I do and the amazing people I get to meet along the way. I value family, health and self care as my top three priorities and ensure I take time out for myself where possible.
When i’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, visiting my family, trying a new cafe spot with friends, sitting by the beach with a good book (favourite at the moment is The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley), cooking, meditating or going for picnics or hikes in the Dandenong Ranges.
I am grateful for the work I do, the clients I meet and how flexible my work is; I really can work from anywhere in the world with my telehealth options.
Above all else, it really is a blessing to be here on this Earth to enjoy life, play and have fun, all whilst having a very human experience.
